SOUTHBOUND XO FEATURED ON USA'S "NASHVILLE INSIDER" TV!

Southbound xo have been featured on Nashville Insider in the USA as part of promotion for their collaboration, 'Buy You A Drink' with international artsits Tim Hicks and Austin Burke.
Perfectly timed for the festive season, the uplifting ‘Buy You A Drink’ was initially written by all three acts on Zoom during Covid lockdowns before being completed and recorded in Nashville earlier this year.
Produced by acclaimed Nashville producer Brandon Day, who has previously worked with the likes of Thomas Rhett, Jimmie Allen and Jason Aldean, ‘Buy You A Drink’ is a celebration of love, friendships (new and old) and the opportunity to resume life as we’ve always known it and intend to live it in the future.
“We really wanted to write a song about the excitement of re connecting old relationships especially after having two years of lost connections from the pandemic, however over the process of writing, it’s turned into more of a love song which we all really loved as well. Hopefully we’ll all be able to share the stage and play the song live down the road,” say Southbound xo.
“I had such a great experience writing and recording this song with Tim Hicks and Southbound xo. I think it shows how big the heart of country music really is,” says Austin Burke.
“I’ve always known that it’s bigger than the south with my west coast inspired sound, but I think everyone will quickly see that this song is even bigger than that!”
While Tim Hicks says he’s “honoured and excited to be a part of ‘Buy You A Drink’… a truly international effort! Love it!”
