Dozzi - Hard To Leave

LISTEN TO ‘HARD TO LEAVE’

‘Hard To Leave’ is the stunning new single from the now Nashville-based, Brisbane sister trio DOZZI.

Produced by Jesse Dozzi, their brother Jordan Dozzi and Alex Keil, the release of ‘Hard To Leave’ is perfectly timed for the upcoming holiday season.

The sister trio say that ‘Hard To Leave’ is “a very personal song we wrote about family, with family.”

“Everyone has missed out on making memories with people they love due to Covid and lockdowns,” say DOZZI.

“You don’t even have to be living half-way across the world (like us) to understand what we were feeling when we wrote this song.”

“To anyone who has missed a birthday, a holiday, the birth of a nephew or niece, a funeral, a graduation, or simply missed out on time with someone you love, ‘Hard To Leave’ is a song is for you.”

DOZZI will also release a music video for the new single in the next couple of weeks.

Since their first Nashville-based release Worth the Wait EP in 2019, Brisbane sister trio DOZZI have built a solid platform in their new home city.

The EP was recognised in Rolling Stone and Billboard, and the girls are now regular performers at downtown venues such as Direks Bentley's Whiskey Row and Blake Shelton's Ole Red and have performed alongside artists such as Ashley McBryde, Mitchel Tenpenny and Breland at events and festivals across the USA.

Their recent single ‘Messy’ has appeared on the official national country airplay and KIX Country charts in Australia. It has been added to major country stations such as iHeart Country, KIX Country, Triple M Country, 989FM Brisbane, Australian Country Radio and 94.1 FM Central Coast as well as being added to Spotify and Apple Music playlists.

The glamourous music video for ‘Messy,’ featuring jacuzzies and champagne, sailor suits and even an underwater guitar solo, originally premiered on CMT in September.

It currently appears in AUS MTV’s Current Country Top 30 as part of #AUSMusicMonth and CMC’s Top 30 chart.

In early 2020, DOZZI performed at the Global APRA Music Awards in Nashville alongside Seaforth and the girls have also performed at ‘Country’s Biggest Party,’ the CMA Music Festival.

DOZZI’s music and videos have also been played on Radio Disney Country and CMT in the USA, in addition to the fantastic support they get in Australia on country radio.

In Australia, DOZZI have previously played at major festivals, including CMC Rocks QLD and the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
