Ahead of their first live performance in Australia in over 5 years, Brisbane sister country trio DOZZI, (who currently base themselves full-time in Nashville) have just released the emotive new track ‘Good Fight.’
Produced by Jesse Dozzi and Alex Kiel, ‘Good Fight’ was also co-written by Nina and Jesse Dozi along with their brother Jordan Dozzi, Zack Dyer and Daniel Etheridge.
“‘Good Fight’ was written about the struggle between two people deciding to fight for a relationship or deciding to let that relationship go,” say DOZZI.
“It’s asking your partner to put in the work and fight for your relationship through the good, bad and ugly,” they continue.
“Every relationship has its conflicts and struggles at times, but the real test is whether or not you embrace them and work through them together or move on.”
Since their first Nashville-based EP release, Worth the Wait in 2019, Brisbane sister trio DOZZI have built a solid platform in their new home city.
The EP was recognised in Rolling Stone and Billboard, and the girls are now regular performers at downtown venues such as Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row and Blake Shelton's Ole Red.
DOZZI recently performed at both of those venues as part of CMA Music Festival 2022 in Nashville.
In early 2020, DOZZI performed at the Global APRA Music Awards in Nashville alongside Seaforth and the girls have also performed at ‘Country’s Biggest Party,’ the CMA Music Festival.
DOZZI’s music and videos have also been played on Radio Disney Country and CMT in the USA, in addition to the fantastic support they get on CMT Australia and country radio.
In Australia, DOZZI have previously played at major festivals, including CMC Rocks QLD and the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
They will return to Australia this October to perform at Groundwater Country Music Festival!
